Acupressure Points for Relieving Nosebleeds.

Working on these points can help you get better
quicker. You do not have to use all of these
points. Using just one or two of them whenever
you have a free hand can be effective.
Points (A) -- Eyes Bright
Location: In the hollow at the inner corner
of the eye just above the tear duct. Benefits:
First aid acupressure point for severe nosebleeds.
Also relieves eye pain.
Points (B) -- Middle of a Person
Location: Two-thirds the way up from the upper
lip to the nose. Benefits: This first-aid revival
point has traditionally been used for relieving
nosebleeds, muscle cramps, fainting, and dizziness.
Points (C) -- Facial Beauty
Location: At the bottom of the cheekbone, directly
below the pupil of the eye. Benefits: Relieves
sinus pain, eye fatigue, and pressure as well
as nasal and head congestion.
Points (D) -- Wind Mansion
Location: In the center of the back of the head
in the large hollow under the base of the skull.
Benefits: Good for the eyes, ears, nose, and
throat. Relieves headaches, stiff necks, nose-
bleeds, and neck pain.
Points (E) -- Joining the Valley
Caution: This point is
forbidden for pregnant women until labor because
its stimulation can cause premature contractions
in the uterus.
Location: In the webbing between the thumb and
index finger at the highest spot of the muscle
when the thumb and index finger are brought
close together. Benefits: Relieves sinus pain,
nosebleeds, hay fever, headaches, and toothaches.
