Acupressure Points for Relieving Cramps and Spasms.

Working on these points can help you get better
quicker. You do not have to use all of these
points. Using just one or two of them whenever
you have a free hand can be effective.
Points (A) -- Supporting Mountain
Location: In the center of the base of the calf
muscle, midway between the crease behind the
knee and the heel, at the bottom of the calf
muscle bulge. Benefits: Relieves leg cramps
(especially in the calf muscle), knee pain,
lumbago, and feet swelling.
Points (B) -- Bigger Rushing
Location: On the top of the foot in the valley
between the big toe and the second toe. Benefits:
Relieves foot cramps, headaches, tired eyes,
and hangovers, as well as allergies and arthritis.
Points (C) -- Middle of a Person
Location: Two-thirds of the way up from the
upper lip to the nose. Benefits: This first-aid
revival point has traditionally been used for
cramps, fainting, and dizziness. |
