Ba Duan Jin, a simple Chinese Qi Gong exercise, has enjoyed great popularity among people since ancient times. Today, it is still widely used for therapeutic purposes in China. Here Ba means "eight", Duan means "section" and Jin means "brocade"-- a symbol of health and beauty. There are eight sitting forms in this exercise.
