Form 2. Tai Chi Form

Continued from Wu-ji Form. While inhaling, raise the arms slowly from front to sides, with shoulders relaxed, arms slightly curved, wrists shoulder height, and keep palms facing down. Turn palms to facing up as inhaling is exhausted.

While exhaling, reverse palms to facing down. Draw arms slowly to front. Bend arms till palms reaching stomach. Press palms down to abdomen as exhaling is exhausted.
