Form 3. Heaven and Earth (Yin and Yang) Form

While inhaling, raise arms slowly from sides to front, with shoulders relaxed and elbows sunk, before stretching out fingers. Look straight ahead. Concentrate on inhaling deep down to abdomen until arms shoulder-height.

While exhaling, bend knees in line with toes. Push palms slowly over top of thighs to knees, but do not reach to kneecaps.
