Form 5. Right Ward-off

While inhaling, shift weight backward onto right leg. Turns left foot on its heel till toes pointing to 12 o'clock position.

Shifts weight onto left leg and draw right foot to the inside of left foot, toes on floor. Lower left hand to front of left part of chest, palm facing in, as if holding a ball. Raise right hand to left flank, palm facing up, as if hugging a ball.

While exhaling, take a step forward with right foot to 1 o'clock position.Shifts weight onto right leg and bend the knee.

Straighten the left leg with whole foot on floor in a "right bow stance". Meanwhile, stretch right arm in an up curve out to right, hand shoulder-height, with right elbow, knee and toes in one line. Push left hand down from the position of chest to abdomen with the palm facing down and the thumb near the navel.
