Continued from the preceding form. While inhaling,
draw arms in an up curve to left back, with left palm
shoulder-height, diagonally facing up, right hand
loosely across chest, palm diagonally facing in. Look
at left hand.
While exhaling, turn torso slightly rightward.
Bend left arm and slightly touch the inside of right
wrist with left hand. At this time, the right arm
is curved in a half circle.
Raise left palm to face diagonally the right palm
and push toward the latter as if squeezing something
in between, as turn the body gradually right. Meanwhile,
shift weight onto right leg to do a "right bow
stance". Look at right wrist. |
