Form 8. Push
Continued from the preceding form. While inhaling,
turn right palm to facing downward. Pass left reversed
palm, counter-clockwise, through over the right wrist
to thrust right forward, now both palms in front of
chest. Meanwhile, shift weight onto left leg, knee
bent in a sitting position, and tilt the right toe
upward.
Rest right foot on its heel While turning both palms
to facing up, retract elbows to flanks. Look straight
ahead.
While exhaling, turn palms to facing downward. While
shifting weight forward onto right leg to do a "right
bow stance", push palm upward and forward. Look
straight ahead. |
