At the same time, right palm brushes over knee to stop on the outside of right thigh, palm faces down and fingertips forward, while bending left arm, and pushing the left hand by left ear in a down-and-up curve forward, palm upright and chest-height. Look toward left index finger. Left Style: While inhaling, bend left knee, shift weight backward onto left leg, and turn the body right and right foot outward on its heel. Swing arms to rear right, right hand higher than left hand. Right palm faces diagonally up and left palm faces diagonally down.
