Form 12. Fair Lady Works Shuttles

Before doing the actual posture, start with the "Right About- Turn" position first. While inhaling, turn the arms outward and cross right arm over the left in front of chest, with both palms face up diagonally.

While exhaling, squat as if riding a horse. Turn the arms inward, and elbows protrude automatically. Push hands downward as if groping fish.

While inhaling, take a right turn to 12 o'clock position on the right foot heel, and shift weight onto right leg. Land left foot by the right foot. And then shift weight onto left leg and raise right heel. Meanwhile, clench fists and retract them, face up, to flanks.

Fair Lady Works Shuttles (Right Style):

Continued from the preceding form. While you are exhaling, move the right foot right forward. Shift weight onto right leg to do a "right bow stance". Meanwhile, move fists from flanks to left part of chest. Unclench fists. Raise right palm, now facing out, in front of right part of the forehead, while thrusting forward left palm. Look straight ahead.

Fair Lady Works Shuttles (Left Style):

While inhaling, shift weight onto right leg completely, and move left foot to the inside of right foot, toes on floor. Clench fists and retract them, bend fingers facing up, to the flanks.

While you are exhaling, moves left foot to left front. Shift weight onto left leg to do a "left bow stance". Meanwhile, move fists from flanks to right part of chest. Unclench fists. Raise left palm, now facing out, in front of left temple, while thrusting forward right palm. Look straight ahead.

Repeat the right and left posture each five times.
