Form 13. Striking Tiger

Before doing the actual posture, start with the "Right About- Turn" position first,

While inhaling, turn the arms outward and cross right arm over the left in front of chest, with both palms face up diagonally.

While exhaling, squat as if riding a horse. Turn the arms inward, and elbows protrude automatically. Push hands downward as if groping fish.

While inhaling, take a right turn to 12 o'clock position on the right foot heel, and shift weight onto right leg. Land left foot by the right foot. And then shift weight onto left leg and raise right heel. Meanwhile, clench fists and retract them, face up, to flanks.

Striking Tiger (Left Style):

While inhaling, shift weight onto right leg, and draw left foot to the inside of the right foot, toes on floor. Turn the arms outward and retract fists, facing up, to flanks.

Moves left foot to left front while you are exhaling. Shift weight onto left leg to do a "left bow stance". Push fists up from flanks to the right part of chest.

Raise left arm and turn the fist inward, bent fingers facing out, to the left part of the forehead, while thrusting down right fist from the chest, facing down, to the front of navel. Look at the right front.

Repeat the right and left posture each five times.
