arms inward, and elbows protrude automatically. Push
hands downward as if groping fish.
While inhaling, t take a right turn to 12 o'clock
position on the right foot heel, and shift weight
onto right leg. Land left foot by the right foot.
And then shift weight onto left leg and raise right
heel. Meanwhile, clench fists and retract them, face
up, to flanks.

Move the right foot forward while you are exhaling.
Push fists, facing in, from flanks up to the left
part of chest. Turn torso right. While turning fists
inside and unclenching them, lunge out with palms
chest-height in a right bow stance. Look at front.

left foot to the inside of right foot, toes on floor.
Turn arms outward and clench fists and withdraw them,
facing up, to flanks.

part of chest. Turn torso left. While turning fists
inside and unclenching them, lunge out with palms
