Form 20. Parry and Punch

Continued from the preceding form. While inhaling, slightly turn body right. Shift weight forward and entirely onto right leg, and move left foot over to the side of right foot, toes on floor. Rotate right forearm inward until the bent fingers of the fist face down. Continue to rotate right fist counterclockwise and stop it, bent fingers facing up, by right flank. Meanwhile, unclench left fist, raise the palm in an up and forward curve, and stop it in front of the left part of chest.

Move the left foot to the left front, while you are exhaling, keep left palm facing down in the front, parries in an up and forward curve. Meanwhile, shift weight onto left leg, and punch with right fist, chest-height, fist-eye facing up. Now place left hand on the inside of right forearm. Look at front.
