1. Lift your hands up to the shoulder, palms
face down, fingers slightly curled.
2. Push arms downward to your thighs, and gradually
flatten hands as you go down. Then return back
up to the shoulders, fingers returning to slightly
curled position.
3. Keep body stable.
4. Repeat 36 times.
