1. Put your hands parallel to chest, palms face
down, fingers straight, keep right hand 10 cm
above left hand.
2. Rotate their positions in a circular motion,
keeping same distance between the two hands.
3. Keep your body stable, remember to keep 5-10
cm between your chest and hands.
4. Repeat 36 times.
