1. Palms are facing upward and thumbs are positioned
over palms, as if holding a book.
2. Hands are in front of stomach, and face each
other.
3. Lift both your hands up to eye level, but
do not touch your eyes. Imagine looking through
binoculars.
4. Put your hands down.
5. Do not wear glasses when you doing this exercise,
so Qi can flow freely to your eyes.
5. Repeat 36 times.
