1. Cross your hands over each other, right over
left, but they should not touch each other.
Palms are flat. Arms are extended and relaxed,
with hands covering waist or groin area.
2. Swing your hands outward, about 45 degrees
from your body.
3. Return hands to starting position.
4. Repeat 36 times.
