1. Put your hands together in front of chest,
in a praying manner.
2. Fingers upright and tough slightly, but do
not flatten your palms together.
3. Eyes should be slightly opened, not closed,
nor opened widely.
4. Meditate for 3 minutes
5. This will allow all the Qi energy to be evenly
distribute through out your body.
