You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. Please state the reason for the return, so we may improve our services to you in future. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. REFUNDS
You may use any return shipping method at your own expense. Once we receive your order, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 days; we also send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM
1. A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package.
2. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
3. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
4. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another item.
5. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
6. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

8. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend FedEx.
