These are the acupressure points for blood in the urine. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point SP10 — Yin Bai
Chinese Name: 隱白

Location: when the knee is flexed, 3 finger width above the superior border of the patella, on the medial side of the thigh. Feel for pain or tenderness at the spot.
Benefits: uterine bleeding, irregular menstruation, painful menstrual periods, premenstrual symptoms, absence of periods in fertile women without pregnancy, skin disorders, eczema, hives, sores in the mouth, cold sores, diabetes, sea food poisonng, any blood poisoning, acne, boils, carbuncles, furuncles etc. On the skin, kidney infection, bladder infection, septicemia, anywhere in the body, aids, immune deficiency disorders, decreased white blood cells in the blood, blood diseases, leukemia, cancer of any type, thyroid disorders, pain in the knee, pain in the medial part of the thigh.

Acupressure Point SP1 — Yin Bai
Chinese Name: 隱白

Location: on the medial side of the great toe, 0.1 body inch posterior to the corner of the nail.
Benefits: bloody stool, severe uterine bleeding, dream disturbed sleep, mental disorders, convulsions, diarrhea, dysentery, PMS, fear in children, fatigue, temper tantrum in children, hyperactivity, arthritis, anxiety attacks.

Acupressure Point K16 — Huang Shu
Chinese Name: 肓俞

Location: 0.5 body inch lateral to the belly button.
Benefits: abdominal pain, abdominal distention, vomiting, constipation, and diarrhea.

Acupressure Point CV4 — Guan Yuan
Chinese Name: 關元

Location: on the midline of the abdomen, 3 body inches below the belly button. Four fingers-width below the belly button.
Benefits: enuresis, nocturnal emission, frequent urination, retention of urine, hernia, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, uterine bleeding, postpartum hemorrhage, lower abdominal pain, indigestion, diarrhea, prolapse of the rectum

Acupressure Point UB60 — Kun Lun
Chinese Name: 昆侖

Location: in the depression between the external malleolus and tendo calcaneus.
Benefits: lower back pain, sciatica, radiculitis, numbness, headache, neck rigidity, blurred vision, backache, pain in the heel, epilepsy, fever, nosebleed.
