These are the acupressure points for hoarse voice. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point H5 — Tong Li
Chinese Name: 通里

Location: 1 body inch above the wrist crease on the ulnar side.
Benefits: palpitation, dizziness, blurred vision, sore throat, hoarseness of voice, stiffness of the tongue, nervousness, pain in the wrist and arm.

Acupressure Point ST45 — Lidui
Chinese Name: 歷 兌

Location: on the lateral side of the 2nd toe, 0.1 body inch posterior to the corner of the nail.
Benefits: facial swelling, deviation of the mouth, facial palsy, nose bleed, toothache, sore throat, hoarse voice, abdominal distention, coldness in the leg and foot, fever, dream-disturbed sleep, nightmares, food poisoning, abdominal pains due to over eating.

It is important to drink plenty of warm water after the massage, to help clear away toxic substances in our body.
