These are the acupressure points for spontaneous sweating. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point H7 — Shen Men
Chinese Name: 神門

Location: medial side (ulnar) of the transverse crease of the wrist.
Benefits: chest pain, night sweat, spontaneous sweating, stage fright, phobias , nervousness (massage this point before interviews, speeches, wedding, exams, flying etc .) Location: 3 finger width directly above kidney 3, on the anterior border of the tendo-calcaneus.

Low backache, low energy, abdominal pain, distention, edema, swelling of the legs, weakness of the foot, paralysis of the foot, night sweating, spontaneous sweating, muscular atrophy, connective tissue disorders, myelitis, multiple sclerosis, hemorrhoids.
