These are the acupressure points for neck pains and stiffness. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point GB14 — Yang Bai
Chinese Name: 陽白

Location: with the tip of your index finger probe the area directly up from the pupil of the eye when looking straight ahead, approximately one finger-width above the eyebrow, until you feel a slight dip.
Benefits: headache in the frontal area, pain in and above the eyes, twitching of the eyelids, drooping of the eyelids, glaucoma.

Acupressure Point LU7 — Lie Que
Chinese Name: 列 缺

Location: On the side of the arm, one thumb-width away from the wrist crest.
Benefits: headache, migraine, neck rigidity, cough, asthma, sore throat, facial paralysis, toothache, pain and weakness of the wrist.

Acupressure Point Ex-HN — Anmian
Chinese Name: 安眠

Location: approximately 1 body inch anterior to GB 20.
Benefits: insomnia, vertigo, headache, palpitation, manic disorder, hyperactivity, mental irritability.

Acupressure Point GB20 — Fen Chi
Chinese Name: 風池

Location: below the base of the skull, in the hollow between the two large, vertical neck muscles, two to three inches apart depending on the size of the head.
Benefits: occipital headache, dizziness, pain and stiffness of the neck, pain in the shoulder, fever, common cold, whiplash, hypertension, weakness of the whole body.

Acupressure Point UB60 — Kun Lun
Chinese Name: 昆侖

Location: in the depression between the external malleolus and tendo calcaneus.
Benefits: lower back pain, sciatica, radiculitis, numbness, headache, neck rigidity, blurred vision, backache, pain in the heel, epilepsy, fever, nosebleed.
