These are the acupressure points for night sweats. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point H7 — Shen Men
Chinese Name: 神門

Location: medial side (ulnar) of the transverse crease of the wrist.
Benefits: chest pain, night sweat, spontaneous sweating, stage fright, phobias , nervousness (massage this point before interviews, speeches, wedding, exams, flying etc .) Benefits: poor circulation, arterial sclerosis, headache, migraine, neck rigidity, cough, asthma, sore throat, facial paralysis, toothache, pain and weakness of the wrist, blood disorder

Acupressure Point SI3 — Hou Xi
Chinese Name: 後溪

Location: when a loose fist is made, this point is close to the head of the 5th metacarpal bone on the ulnar side.
Benefits: headache, stiff neck, intracranial pressure increase, glaucoma, weakness of the eye muscles, pain in the eyes, red eyes, pressure in the eyes, deafness, ringing in the ears, fever, weakness of the arm muscles, twitching of the elbow, arm and fingers, spasms of the upper back muscles, upper backache, epilepsy, night sweating

Acupressure Point UB43 — Gao Huang Shu
Chinese Name: 膏肓俞

Location: 4 finger width lateral to the spinous process of the 4th thoracic vertebra.
Benefits: cough, asthma, blood in the sputum, night sweating, tuberculosis, poor memory, indigestion, emphysema, immune deficiency disorders, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, low energy.

Acupressure Point K7 — Fu Liu
Chinese Name: 複溜

Location: 3 finger width directly above kidney 3, on the anterior border of the tendo-calcaneus.
Benefits: improves yang energy in older people. Low backache, low energy, abdominal pain, distention, edema, swelling of the legs, weakness of the foot, paralysis of the foot, night sweating, spontaneous sweating, muscular atrophy, connective tissue disorders, myelitis, multiple sclerosis, hemorrhoids.
