There are the acupressure points for relieving Eyestrain. Working on these points can help you get better quicker. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Points (A) —  Third Eye Point
Location: Directly between the eyebrows, in the indentation where the bridge of the nose meets the forehead. Benefits: This helps the endocrine system, especially the pituitary gland, and relieves hay fever, headaches, and eyestrain.

Points (B) — Drilling Bamboo
Location: In the indentations outside of the bridge of the nose on the inner edge of the eyebrows. Benefits: Relieves red and painful eyes, headaches, foggy vision, and hay fever.

Points (C) — Four Whites
Location: One-half inch below the center of the lower eye ridge in an indentation of the cheek. Benefits: Relieves burning or aching eyes, sinus pain, headaches, and dry eyes.

Points (D)  — Facial Beauty
Location: At the bottom of the cheekbone, directly in line with the pupil of the eye. Benefits: Relieves eye fatigue and pressure, stuffy nose, and head congestion.

Points (E) — Wind Mansion
Location: At the top of the spinal column in the large hollow under the base of the skull. Benefits: Aids the eyes, ears, nose, and throat; relieves mental problems and headaches.

Points (F) — Heavenly Pillar
Location: One-half inch below the base of the skull on the ropy muscles one-half inch outward from the spine. Benefits: Relieves stress, burnout, exhaustion, heaviness in the head, eyestrain, and swollen eyes.

Points (G) — Bigger Rushing
Location: On the top of the foot, in the webbing between the big toe and the second toe. Benefits: Relieves headaches, tired eyes, and hangovers.

It’s important to drink plenty of warm water after the massage, to help clear away toxic substances in our body.

Caution: If you have a serious illness, or life-threatening illness such as heart disease, or cancer, please consult with your physician before practicing Acupressure.
