These are the acupressure points for anxiety attacks. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point GV24 — Shen Ting
Chinese Name: 神庭

Location: on the midline, at the junction of the forehead and the hairline. Directly between your eyebrows in the indentation where the bridge of the nose meets the center of the forehead.
Benefits: frontal headaches, pressure headaches, anxiety, palpitation, insomnia, vertigo, blocked sinuses, failing memory. Stimulates the pituitary gland, which is the master endocrine gland, to enhance the condition of the skin throughout the body.

Acupressure Point GV11 — Chen Dao
Chinese Name: 神道

Location: below the spinous process of the 5th thoracic vertebra.
Benefits: poor memory, anxiety, palpitation, cardiac pain, pain and stiffness of the back, cough.

Acupressure Point LV8 — Qu Quan
Chinese Name: 曲泉

Location: on the medial side of the knee joint, posterior to the medial condyle of the tibia.
Benefits: lower abdominal pain, hiatal hernia, pain in the extremities, pain all over the body, dysuria, pruritus, manic disorders, pain in the external genitalia, arthritis of the knee, low sperm count, infertility in male or female, sexual dysfunction in male or female, PMS, psoriasis, skin problems, to produce sweat, insomnia, depression, anxiety attacks, venereal diseases.

Acupressure Point SP4 — Gong Sun
Chinese Name: 公孫

Location: On the arch of the foot, in the hollow two finger-width away from the ball of the foot, above the tendon of big toe.
Benefits: colitis, diverticulitis, crohn’s disease, gastric pain, vomiting, sour stomach, immune deficiency disorders, chronic fatigue, cancer of the stomach, inflammation of the stomach, gastric ulcers, internal hemorrhage, ascites, pleurisy, epilepsy, arthritis, depression, anxiety attacks, irritable bowls.

Acupressure Point K3 — Tai Xi
Chinese Name: 太溪

Location: in the depression between the medial malleolus and tendo-calcaneus, level withe tip of the medial malleolus.
Benefits: balancing point, sore throat, toothache, deafness, hemoptysis, asthma, insomnia, impotence, frequency of urination, lower backache, swollen gums, palpitations, fear, emotions, anxiety attacks, vomiting, cold sores. “ever young point” to remove the age lines, to reduce the sensation of excessive heat or cold, side effects of radiation and chemotherapy.

Acupressure Point SP1 — Yin Bai
Chinese Name: 隱白

Location: on the medial side of the great toe, 0.1 body inch posterior to the corner of the nail.
Benefits: bloody stool, severe uterine bleeding, dream disturbed sleep, mental disorders, convulsions, diarrhea, dysentery, PMS, fear in children, fatigue, temper tantrum in children, hyperactivity, arthritis, anxiety attacks.
