We ship all US orders via USPS Priority Mail. This allows us to insure and track each package. All apartment or suite numbers must be listed in the shipping address. For orders going to addresses within the continental United States, we now offer Free Shipping for each order. Usually, we fill your order within 2-5 business days and start it on its way to you. Order usually arrives within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items).

Refunds

How to Return/Exchange Your Item

1. A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package.
2. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
3. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning.
4. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another item.
5. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form.
6. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
