These are the acupressure points for abdominal spasms colic. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point M-LE-13 — Lan Wei Xue
Chinese Name: 闌尾穴

Location: The tender spot about 2 body inches below St 36.
Benefits: Activates qi and blood and clears heat and fire poison from the Large Intestine. Acute and chronic appendicitis, indigestion, abdominal pains, abdominal spasms, poor peristalsis, incontinence of the bowel and bladder, paralysis of the lower extremities.

Acupressure Point CV8 — Shen Que
Chinese Name: 神闕

Location: in the center of the belly button.
Benefits: abdominal pain, unchecked diarrhea, abdominal distention, flatulence, prolapse of the rectum.

Acupressure Point UB20 — Pi Shu
Chinese Name: 脾俞

Location: 3 finger width lateral to the spinous process of the 11th thoracic vertebra.
Benefits: abdominal bloating, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, indigestion, swelling in the abdomen, food allergy, pain in the mid-back.

Acupressure Point ST44 — Nei Ting
Chinese Name: 內 庭

Location: proximal to the web between the 2nd and 3rd toes, in the depression distal and lateral to the 2nd metatarso-digital joint.
Benefits: toothache, frontal headache, nasal congestion, dental anesthesia, laryngitis, pain during menstrual periods, nose bleed, abdominal pain, food retention, fever.

Acupressure Point LI2 — Er Jian
Chinese Name: 二 間

Location: on the radial side of the index finger, distal to the metacarpo-phalangeal joint.
Benefits: toothache, blurred vision, nosebleed, sore throat, pain in the lower abdomen.

Acupressure Point Bladder Point
Location: 3 body inches below CV 8 and 4 body inches lateral on the right.
Benefits: abdominal pain, difficulty in urinating

Acupressure Point Large Intestine Point
Location: 3 body inches below CV 8 and 4 body inches lateral on the left.
Benefits: constipation, parasites, lower abdominal pain, flatulence, abdominal bloating, and indigestion.

Acupressure Point CV4 — Guan Yuan
Chinese Name: 關元

Location: on the midline of the abdomen, 3 body inches below the belly button. Four fingers-width below the belly button.
Benefits: enuresis, nocturnal emission, frequent urination, retention of urine, hernia, irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, uterine bleeding, postpartum hemorrhage, lower abdominal pain, indigestion, diarrhea, prolapse of the rectum

It is important to drink plenty of warm water after the massage, to help clear away toxic substances in our body.
