These are the acupressure points for fear of strangers. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.
Acupressure Point Sympathetic
Location: at the junction of inferior and medial part of antihelix crus.
Benefits: hyperacidity, extreme nervousness, butterfly sensation in the stomach, excessive perspiration, perspiration of the palm, sole, choking while you talk to strangers, stage fright, heart palpitation, phobia and fear of darkness, strangers etc.
Acupressure Point P6 — Nei Guan
Chinese Name: 內關
Location: three finger width above the wrist crease on the palmar side.
Benefits: palpitation, vomiting, mental disorders, chest pains-emotional and physical, nausea, to decrease appetite, to calm down, decrease panic attacks, to stop smoking, addictions to alcohol, food and drugs, poor memory, to promote yawning, side effects of radiation and chemotherapy.
Acupressure Point H5 — Tong Li
Chinese Name: 通里
Location: 1 body inch above the wrist crease on the ulnar side.
Benefits: palpitation, dizziness, blurred vision, sore throat, hoarseness of voice, stiffness of the tongue, nervousness, pain in the wrist and arm.
Acupressure Point SI4 — Wan Gu
Chinese Name: 腕骨
Location: on the ulnar side of the palm, in the depression between the base of the fifth metacarpal bone and triquetral bone.
Benefits: ever without sweating, stiff neck, pain in the wrist, depression, phobias.
Acupressure Point K3 — Tai Xi
Chinese Name: 太溪
Location: in the depression between the medial malleolus and tendo-calcaneus, level withe tip of the medial malleolus.
Benefits: balancing point, sore throat, toothache, deafness, hemoptysis, asthma, insomnia, impotence, frequency of urination, lower backache, swollen gums, palpitations, fear, emotions, anxiety attacks, vomiting, cold sores. “ever young point” to remove the age lines, to reduce the sensation of excessive heat or cold, side effects of radiation and chemotherapy.
