These are the acupressure points for arthritis. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point TH5 — Wai Guan
Chinese Name: 外關

Location: three finger width above wrist crease on the dorsal side.
Benefits: headaches, pain in the cheek, jaw, TMJ problems, deafness, ringing in the ears, sensation of plugged ear, earache, pain behind the ear, pain in the hand, arthritis of the hands, hand tremor, to regulate abnormal heat sensation

Acupressure Point H5 — Tong Li
Chinese Name: 通里

Location: 1 body inch above the wrist crease on the ulnar side.
Benefits: palpitation, dizziness, blurred vision, sore throat, hoarseness of voice, stiffness of the tongue, nervousness, pain in the wrist and arm.

Acupressure Point P6 — Nei Guan
Chinese Name: 內關

Location: three finger width above the wrist crease on the palmar side.
Benefits: palpitation, vomiting, mental disorders, chest pains-emotional and physical, nausea, to decrease appetite, to calm down, decrease panic attacks, to stop smoking, addictions to alcohol, food and drugs, poor memory, to promote yawning, side effects of radiation and chemotherapy.

It is important to drink plenty of warm water after the massage, to help clear away toxic substances in our body.
