Everyday Vitality Herbal Tea

This everyday vitality herbal tea will invigorates vital energy to strengthen body’s immune system.

1. 150g Niou Bang Arctium Lappa
2. 150g Carrot
3. 150g Chinese Radish With leaves

1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot.
2. Add 4 liters of water.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer.
4. Cook for 60 minutes.
5. Makes about 3 liters of tea.
6. Let it cool and strain.
7. Could be served either hot or cold. Drink as much as you like.
