These are the acupressure points for laryngitis. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point K1 — Yong Quan
Chinese Name: 涌泉

Location: in the depression appearing on the sole when the foot is in plantar flexion, approximately at the junction of the anterior and middle third of the sole.
Benefits: revival point, drowning, heart problem, sterility, muscular dystrophy, pain in the vertex, dizziness, blurred vision, sore throat, dryness of the tongue, aphonia, fevers.

Acupressure Point Thymus point
Location: beginning from the lower border of the supraclavicular fossa and extends to the upper border of the xyphoid process of the sternum.
Benefits: immune disorders, aids, low immunity, cancer, epstein-barr virus diseases, frequent colds, frequent viral infections, constant allergic reactions, long term sickness, chronic fatigue syndrome, blood disorders, leukemia, spleen disorders, platelet imbalance, immature blood cell production, bone marrow diseases.

Acupressure Point CV17 — Dan Zhong
Chinese Name: 膻中

Location: on the midline of the breastbone, between the nipples, level with the 4th intercostal space. in the center of the breastbone, midway between nipples.
Benefits: asthma, poor energy circulation, hiccup, pain in the chest, lactation deficiency, point to balance the energy.

Acupressure Point LU11 — Shao Shang
Chinese Name: 少 商

Location: on the radial side of the thumb, posterior to the corner of the nail.
Benefits: cough, asthma, sore throat, laryngitis, nosebleed, mental fog, irritability, loss of consciousness.

It is important to drink plenty of warm water after the massage, to help clear away toxic substances in our body.
