Sleep Well Herbal Tea

This sleep well herbal tea helps you a good night’s sleep.

This tea will relax your mind and calms your body and give you a peaceful sleep.


1. 20g Suan Tzao Ren Semen Zizihpi Spinosae
2. 10g Fwu Ling Poria
3. 20g Guey Yuan Gan Arillus Longan

1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot.
2. Add 1.5 liters of water.
3. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer.
4. Cook for 60 minutes.
5. Makes about 0.8 liters of tea.
6. Strain it.
7. Drink it all in one day.

This tea tranquilizes your mind and calms your body to relax and give you a good night’s sleep.
